Freelance writers and editors are almost always looking for work it seems. Those of us who have been in the business awhile have developed our own methods which are usually some sort of combination of advice from various sources, tailored for to suit our own personality, situation and goals.
Mike Sieber, whose pretty new to the game, has written an article on his Article Writer blog called Finding Work. It’s a good summary of what beginning and almost beginning freelance writers need to do to get off to a good start.
Even if you’re further down the path, it’s a good reminder of the basics.
