Many of you may have noticed the kinda old gray look of the non-Glass GUI in Vista. Some say Microsoft should be ashamed of presenting this sh*t stuff in a next generation Operating System. But we have some good news, it seems the boys at technet are busy making a different non-Aero theme. That way it is no longer using the “Scrap Metal” theme when Vista is unable to utilize Windows Aero and Glass.

Well I didn’t really have a problem with the old non-aero theme and the new ones looks barely any different to me.

MS has always been changing their OS themes shortly before release… why not this time?

Still ugly for me, OS X Tiger includes a 32 bit shadow and animations, why Vista basic theme not include these things?
