While Google is still perfecting these glasses, the version that they are working on now already has some powers including the ability to take pictures, the ability to connect on Google+, the ability to send email and the ability to live stream what you are currently looking at.

While people already want these glasses, everyone is going to have to wait. These glasses aren’t anywhere near ready for the public. In fact, they aren’t going to hit stores at any point in 2012. You can expect 2013 … but even that may be too early.

In the meantime, we’ll have to continue watching those sci-fi movies.

As you’ll see, this robot has an extreme talent: It can jump more than 25 feet in the air! I’m not sure of the science behind its jumping ability but it sure is impressive. Not only can it jump, it can land on any terrain without suffering damage.

This robot was created by Boston Dynamics and is funded by The United States Army’s Rapid Equipping Force. In the video, you can see how the robot is able to jump onto a building and jump onto a hill … skills that are very valuable in a robot used by the army.

Allow your customers to use an iPad and watch your customer satisfaction through the roof. For example, if you run a doctor’s office, put iPads in the waiting room.

Wasting paper is a thing of the past. Anything that you used paper for previously can be replaced by the iPad.

As for price, the new iPad starts at $499 for a Wi-Fi-only model with 16 GB of storage and jumps up to $599 for a 32 GB version and $699 for 64 GB. You can also get 4G data access when Wi-Fi isn’t available — the 4G models will be priced at $629, $729 and $829, respectively. Apple will continue to sell the iPad 2 with a price reduction of $100 — so the basic one will be now priced at $399.

In addition to that message, Apple included the picture that you see below. For anyone who hasn’t been living under a rock, you’ll know that’s an iPad screen.

An exciting aspect of that picture is the screen itself. According to experts, that’s a “Retina” display — which means that the iPad 3 will have an upgraded touch screen.

As usual, Apple will hold the press conference in San Francisco at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. But unlike last time, Steve Jobs isn’t available to announce the details of the iPad 3.

The iCloud Harmony commercial shows how seamless computing can be when using iCloud. With iCloud, you can take a picture with your iPhone and it can show up automatically on your iPad or iMac. There’s no more transferring from one device to another device with iCloud.

As the tagline says on the commercial: “Automatic. Everywhere. iCloud.” That just about explains everything you need to know about iCloud. It’s definitely the future of technology. There will come a point people won’t know how we operated without a cloud service.

the HTC One X has quad-core power, which results in realistic video game graphics and effects, unbelievable quality of picture and extremely smooth and swift browsing of the internet. The display is also fantastic. It’s a 4.7-inch screen that is of HD quality.

Perhaps the aspect of the HTC One X that is getting the most attention is the camera. It’s video feature is amazing and the pictures it can take are as crisp as any digital camera.

This commercial points out the “might quad-core performance” plus it says you can “snap all the action with continuous shooting” and “grab high-res photos while shooting HD video”. The commercial also mentions the audio, with the claim: “Authentic sound powered by Beats Audio.”

The video begins with a helicopter landing in the background. A couple seconds into the video, you can see something isn’t quite right. With the helicopter vibrating violently, the helicopter begins to fall apart. A few more seconds pass and the helicopter is disintegrating right before our eyes.

This video is of a rescue helicopter in Brazil in the state of Para. It was filmed by the Para Fire Department. Let’s hope they had some sort of insurance that would cover the cost of a helicopter committing suicide.

Though Wikipedia is going dark over SOPA/PIPA tomorrow. Many companies actually support SOPA, from ABC to Visa.

Allison Boyer of BlogWorld has a good piece about Why SOPA Scares the You-Know-What Out of Me that talks about a lot of worrisome loopholes. You should also read this article from Daily Kos about the repeated blows SOPA and PIPA suffered over the weekend.

A quick Google search will pull up tons of articles and commentary on the legislation. Read up (be sure to read the actual bills too) and form your own opinion instead of listening to what the mainstream media might be telling you.
