The Wii Riiser becomes available later this week (pre-order now!) and is just another example of an excellent accessory for the Wii Balance Board.
In case it’s not clear from this image, the Wii Riiser adds up to four inches onto you balance board, making step games much more challenging.
If you’ve ever played Wii Fit then you’re probably familiar with the basic step and advanced step. I think adding height to my balance board for these activities will really enhance the workout. Also, there are the strength training exercises where only one foot is on the board and the other is on the ground. If the board is higher, you should feel it more in your legs.
The only problem with the Wii Riiser is that I’ve read that is only being shipped to U.S. addresses. Hopefully, they find a way to get around that because I’d love to buy one!
