Verizon and Sprint Sour Grapes on Switchers; Seth Godin Intervenes

Wow, Verizon sure draws up the castle drawbridge like anything, training sales reps to focus on the bad side of the Apple iPhone just to keep their subscribers from switching to AT&T. Sprint also has something similar.

Marketing guru Seth Godin comments on this marketing strategy as it appears to be a very flawed of looking at value added services. When the iPhone becomes fair game to everyone, these strategies become obsolete and downright stupid.
