Of all of the people lately who would want to hide the contents of their cell phone, the first person that comes to mind is golfer Tiger Woods. He had a mysterious car accident, ended up in the hospital and then the hell storm surrounding his affairs with multiple women broke and the world was left stunned.
The Woods family were not being cooperative with the police investigation into the car accident and it’s unclear whether charges are going to be laid since it is widely believed that Tiger’s injuries are actually the result of his wife attacking him after she caught him “sexting” with another woman.
In this case, the cops might want to search through Tiger’s cell phone records to see if he called anyone right after the incident or if he texted any details about what happened.
Legislation was just passed by the Ohio Supreme Court, however, ruling that police must have a warrant if they want to go through people’s cell phones since they hold so much personal information.
What do you think of this? I think it makes total sense. I realize that cell phones used to just be for phone calls but now they contain passwords to so many secure websites, personal text messages and so much more.
