Nokia is Europe’s most valuable brand

No surprises here. The recent eurobrand2008 awards concluded, and Nokia placed first with an estimated 38.2 billion Euros worth.

1. Nokia (EUR 38,283 bn),
2. LVMH (EUR 34,907 bn),
3. Vodafone (EUR 24,128 bn),
4. Telefonica (EUR 22,550 bn),
5. Unilever (EUR 21,638 bn),
6. Mercedes-Benz (EUR 21,359 bn),
7. BMW (EUR 20,061 bn),
8. RBS (EUR 19,135 bn),
9. France Telecom (EUR 19,123 bn),
10. Deutsche Bank (EUR 18,172 bn).

The number of iPhones Apple sells in a month is the number of mobile phones Nokia sells in a week, someone told me once. No surprise here. Nokia is a machine, man!
