Google to Acquire Feedburner?

Via Vecosys‘ “VERY trusted source” comes the rumor of the day – Google is set to acquire Feedburner!
According to the source the delay in announcement is solely due to the delay in closing the DoubleClick deal and should be out soon thereafter.

The rise in popularity of RSS feeds caused Adsense and DoubleClick a big hit since their ads are no longer displayed (in most cases) and such a deal would make sense since it will give Google an opportunity to place their ads across all these feeds.
