Google Launches Google Instant

Google loves tinkering with their search engine, even though it’s by far the world’s most popular search destination. Their latest enhancement, called Google Instant, is quite interesting. Google says that it makes search much faster — and it’s difficult to disagree.

When conducting a search on Google, you now see live search results while you are typing in your search query. You no longer have to have to press a button to initiate the search. It takes a while to adjust to the new layout but after a few minutes, the logic behind Google Instant becomes obvious.

Google points to a faster searching experience, instant search results and smarter search predictions as Google Instant’s main strengths. While some industry experts are worried that Google Instant will have an affect on search results, Google is claiming that there will be no impact. Google also says that this enhancement won’t hog system resources or slow your connection to the internet.

Try Google Instant and let us know what you think in the comments below.
