Bill from Progressive Boink has posted a hilarious article featuring an old Nintendo catalogue from the 1990. Do yourself a favor and go and read it.
…These little conversation starters are filled with lithium batteries and a terrible resolve. Break them out at your next get-together and watch the party fire up like the final spark of life in a dying man’s eyes.
You’ll understand why I’m having a hard time writing about it once you do. Make sure you read all the captions, you’ll be missing out if you skim it. I particularly enjoyed the caption underneath the main photo on page 17. If you can only check out one page of this thing make it that one.
Not wanting to incur the wrath of fanboys the world over I’ll say this: don’t worry… We’re laughing with them.
