In Touch Weekly reported that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett are separated after 13 years of marriage. But everyone surrounding the couple is denying it.

Pinkett’s rep told TMZ, “What? In Touch said that? I know nothing about this… Lord. I’m going back to bed.”

Radar Online claims that an unidentified family member said, “No way are they splitting up. They are totally together and are not separating.”

Even Will’s son Trey responded to the rumors on Twitter: “Will and Jada getting a DIVORCE ..NOT TRUE AT ALL !! RETWEET”

And finally, the couple themselves made a statement, “Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact.”

Most of the time with stuff like this, when there’s smoke, there’s fire. But maybe this is just a case of bad information (or flat out fabrication).

Obviously, his dad was the reason he landed the role. In fact, his dad is the reason the movie was remade in the first place. But give Jaden Smith credit, he did a decent enough job in Karate Kid to make it gross more than $150 million in the United States alone. Worldwide, Karate Kid has grossed over $360 million!

Since Karate Kid, Jaden Smith was in the Justin Bieber flick “Never Say Never”. He’s also set to star in “Amulet”, a movie that will be released in 2012. If he stays grounded and works at his craft, Jaden Smith could very well be a superstar for the next generation. And he can also continue getting very, very rich.

After all these years, I’m not sure why this old movie needs to be resurrected.  Have we completely run out of things to make movies about because, if that is the case, maybe we should slow down the production.

Emmerich also said that he won’t make any more movies in the franchise unless Will Smith and Bill Pullman are on board.  In that case, maybe he should make more films so that the careers of Smith and Pullman can get back on track (with a decent script, of course).

Honestly, I enjoyed Independence Day but I don’t need to see any more of it.  After all, if the world continues to be attacked on the fourth of July and we are still unprepared, we probably deserve to get overtaken by aliens.

It’s unlikely, though, that either of them would turn down the opportunity.  It’s not like their careers are running at full-tilt right now anyway, right?

The good thing is that the storyline doesn’t necessarily require continuity and will be guaranteed to feature several things: aliens, special effects and Tommy Lee rolling his eyes at Will Smith’s overly enthusiastic character.  Done.

Would you be willing to go see a third Men In Black?  I wonder who the romantic interest will be in this one.  I didn’t like Rosario Dawson very much in the last flick so I’m hoping they won’t bring her back.

Even though Will Smith already had a relatively successful career as a rapper, it wasn’t until this show launched that he became a real star.  When it premiered, a lot of people really questioned whether he could make the transition from the music industry to television and, clearly, he’s done more than that.

The show had a real charm to it since Will was a poor kid from Philadelphia who suddenly ends up living the rich life with his pampered cousins (under the care of his aunt and uncle) in Bel-Air.  Their differences (and similarities) led to the characters being in a number of hilarious situations.

Now I’m hearing that there’s a sequel in the works and I can’t for the life of me imagine why Columbia Pictures would want to do this.  Yes, it looks like there’s going to be a Hancock 2.

I don’t know if Will Smith is just bored but I don’t know why he would be willing to return to this.  I know it grossed $624 million worldwide but that was largely due to hype.  In the first film, Smith plays a superhero who has become edgy and conflicted but his personality woes get all sorted out in the end.  What’s left to talk about?  Is he cranky again?  Has the economy gotten him down?  What?!

All that is being disclosed at this point is that the “plot details are being kept under wraps” and I’ve got to do all that I can to stifle a laugh because the first film barely had a plot for this one to build on – and that script actually took 12 years to make it to the big screen, if you can believe it.  I’m not even going to comment on the special effects – just look at the picture above if you need a visual.

What do you think of this?  Would you go see the sequel?  What did you think of the first film?  I know I’m probably being too hard on it but I just think Will Smith is capable of so much better…

After Ali, he lost his muscle but put it back and then some for his lead role in iRobot.  His bench press shot up to 385 lbs!

The results Will Smith has been able to accomplish with his on again, off again style are nothing short of amazing.  Still, he is making amazing happen with by training so intensely in compacted training periods.

I would expect anyone to have some down time after cramming in so many high intensity workouts, but it does sound like Will does drag when there’s no part on the horizon.  If he had less of an after movie lull, he might qualify for some professional sports.

If you are like me and doubt that you will ever watch it (or just don’t care about spoilers), you can find out what happens on Wikipedia.  There is, apparently, one good thing about the movie.  Critics hailed the performance of Smith’s co-star, Rosario Dawson, but I’m guessing it wasn’t enough, on its own, to save the movie.  Too bad.  I think she’s underrated and it would be great for her to have a breakout performance in a movie that actually does well.

So, picture you sitting at your kid’s football game, and you look over at the other parents in the stands and low and behold there’s Will Smith cheering on his son.

Will came out to cheer on his son Trey along with his ex-wife (and Trey’s mom) Sheree Zampino. (She’s pictured on the left, with the black top and blue jeans on.)

Trey, according to Splash News, also plays on the team with Trevor Gretzky, son of former hockey great Wayne Gretzky. That’s some school. Perhaps getting celebs to come to their kids games is one way of getting other parents to come out, too. After all, I’d sit for a few hours in the bleachers to get a glimpse of Will Smith and Wayne Gretsky. Wouldn’t you?

We didn’t get invited to the birthday party (that’s 34 straight snubs, in case you were wondering), but MSN Hot Gossip‘s rundown of the celebratory and celebrity-filled shindig reads like a Who’s Who in Hollywood: Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Kate Beckinsale, Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith, Eva Longoria, Elton John, and Usher. Oh, and Gwen Stefani, Gavin Rossdale, Diddy, Kim Porter, and Heidi Klum were there, too. (WTF? What about Seal? Was he snubbed, too?)

Word is there were lots of ballons, streamers, cupcakes, paintball, and a make-your-own sundae station.

Yes, that last line was a joke. You don’t think VB actually consumes cupcakes and sundaes, do you?
