Get in Shape, Save Money on Health Costs

Get in Shape, Save Money on Health Costs

One of the most popular New Year’s resolutions is to get in shape and/or lose weight. I should know. My resolution this year is related: To live healthier. Of course, in order to live healthier, one has to exercise and eat right. The good news is that these habits are more likely to help you save money overall in health costs. Wouldn’t it be nice is they actually showed the Typical results instead of the one out of however many? Would it be… More »

Supplement Ads: The Stupid Newspaper Trick

Remember the” before and after” picture I showed before when I talked about the Bigger, Faster, Stronger movie ? Another “Trick” I always found quite silly was the before and after pictures for fat burning pills, where the person in the picture is holding a newspaper to “Prove” that it only took them a certain number of days to lose the weight and get cut.

Often times you can’t see the date on the newspaper, but they hold the news paper… More »
