This blog has become immersed into my thoughts while I workout.  I woke up at 3:30 am this morning because I couldn’t sleep anymore.  I had actually laid there for nearly an hour trying to sleep more, but I couldn’t so I got up.  The gym doesn’t open until 5:30am so I planned on being there exactly at that time, but didn’t get there until somewhere near 6:23.
