There’s a new “unofficial” patch for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines. According to GameSpot, version 4.8 includes “gameplay tweaks, bug fixes, and more.” This update requires the v1.2 patch.
After doing a little bit of digging, I learned at Planet Vampire’s forums that version 4.8 was released a week after 4.7. Apparently, Werner Spahl, the maker of the patches, inadvertently included a side-quest breaking bug in 4.7 so he tried to get it fixed as soon as possible. See the list of changes for v4.8 after the jump.
