While there is a lot of trash new school rap, the old school certainly had some classics. “How Long Will They Mourn Me” by Tupac Shakur on his Thug Life album is one of those classics. And this song unfortunately has even more meaning now after Nate Dogg died. Nate Dogg can be heard on this track with his amazing voice soothing the otherwise serious lyrics.

14th Anniversary of Tupac’s Death
Today (Monday, September 13) is the 14th anniversary of the death of Tupac Shakur.
At just 26, Tupac died on September 13, 1996 from gunshot wounds he suffered a week prior when he was gunned down in Las Vegas after watching a Mike Tyson fight.
Tyson told the Associated Press recently that he regrets never smoking a joint with Shakur.
“He always wanted me to smoke weed with him, and I never did it, and I wish I did. That’s my biggest regret.”

Is Tupac Alive? TMZ Says He Is…
TMZ is claiming to have pictures that prove Tupac Shakur is alive. I’ve looked at them and I’m not sure what to think. Two of the three shots do look like him while the third is less clear. Granted, it’s been more than a decade since anyone saw Pac so it would be hard to know how his face might have changed.
