Have you seen the promos for the new movie The Men Who Stare at Goats? The name is so cheesy and so are the trailers but I can’t help but be intrigued, especially when you consider the cast.

The movie stars Ewan McGregor as “a reporter who delves into the world of psychic military regiments during the Iraq War.” I’m not completely sure how goats are involved in the storyline but I do know that the cast is rounded out by George Clooney, Kevin Spacey, and Jeff Bridges.

It looks like a dark comedy and it’s supposedly based on a real story that seems far fetched enough to be incredibly entertaining. Here’s the trailer:
