The plot follows four guys who head to Las Vegas for a bachelor party since one of them is getting married.  On the rooftop of their hotel, they start celebrating by taking a swig from a bottle and things get absolutely crazy from that point forward. 

They had no idea that their drink was laced with the date-rape drug and, after awakening in their hotel room 12 hours later, they realize that something has gone terribly wrong – and the future groom is missing.

There are some genuinely hilarious moments but there are also things that will make you cringe for days (or months or for the rest of your life).  Still, if you enjoy crude humor, you might really enjoy The Hangover.

The movie (which was directed by the same person who brought you Starsky & Hutch, Old School and Road Trip) takes place in Las Vegas in the days leading up to Doug Billings’ (Justin Bartha) wedding.  He heads to Sin City for his bachelor party with his two best friends, Phil Wenneck (Bradley Cooper) and Stu Price (Ed Helms) and his future brother-in-law, Alan Garner (Zach Galifianakis).  After a wild, drunken night Phil, Stu and Alan realize that the groom-to-be has gone missing and they’ve got to retrace their steps in order to find him.

Since I really dislike the shorter trailers for this movie, I found the longer one and I think it makes it look a lot funnier.  I cracked up over the scene with Mike Tyson (although, I’m sure audiences will feel a little sad when they see him given the fact that his little girl just died in a tragic accident).
