Jackson’s Children to Accept Grammy On His Behalf

The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards are almost upon us and we’ve got a lot to look forward to. There are great performers and presenters scheduled and the competition is fierce. If that weren’t enough to entice you to watch, then maybe this next bit of news is.

According to reports, two of Michael Jackson’s children are scheduled to be accepting some awards for the Late King of Pop. They will be accepting some Lifetime Achievement awards for their father, who passed away over the summer from cardiac arrest.

Paris and Prince Michael Jr. are who will be doing the honors. His children were last seen in July of 2009 at his memorial service.

The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards will be held on January 31st in Los Angeles, California.

Universal Says Fair Use is Infringement!

You think Prince bullying a baby and losing is stupid? Check out his record label’s defense against the countersuit.

…Universal told a judge this week that, even though the clip may in fact be “fair use,” it was still “infringement” and therefore the initial takedown notice was made in good faith.

People caught lying often try to find loopholes in their own words. You know you’ve lost an argument when you resort to splitting semantic hairs.

Prince is a Creep

Prince has been sending YouTube takedown notices for his performance of Radiohead’s Creep.

There’s just one problem. Prince does not own the copyright to Creep. Radiohead does. And Radiohead wants their song to stay on YouTube.

First he sues babies, and now he takes down stuff he doesn’t even own. What a creep.
