Challenge Me: Brain Puzzles has been released for the Nintendo DS and it’s another game that makes me wish I had that little console. As the name suggests, this game is all about puzzles and challenging your mind. I love these types of games because they are very effective at taking your mind off of your troubles on a stressful day. According to the product description, you can: Play 1000′s of Sudoku &… More »
Magician’s Quest: Mysterious Times was released today for the Nintendo DS and I imagine it would be a really great game for people who love wizardry games and pointy hats.
This fantasy adventure/life simulation game allows you to attend classes at the Magic Academy where you will learn about the mysteries of magic and the art of casting spells, while building relationships with other students. I think you will also have the opportunity to learn more about magic from your peers. … More »

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is hoping to make this summer a little brighter for Nintendo DS users! They are releasing LEGO Battles and it looks like so much fun that I’m tempted to go out and buy a DS just to play it!
To be fair, I’m a huge fan of the LEGO games so I might be extra excited about this one. LEGO Batman is my favorite although the ones for Star Wars and Indiana Jones are great (have you… More »
101-in-1 Explosive Megamix on Nintendo DS was released this week and I think it looks like a pretty fun game.
As the name suggests, there are one hundred and one games on a single cartridge which is a really good deal. I can’t list all of them but
The weather is warming up and it’s starting to look like road trip season and I can’t think of a better game to have in my backpack since there are a variety of games… More »
Puffins: Island Adventure will be released for Nintendo DS on May 12, 2009 (some sites list a release date of April 28, 2009 – check your local stores). Being Canadian, the name of this game instantly caught my eye because Puffin Island is in Newfoundland and Labrador. When I read more of the game’s description, it was clear that this was an intentional association.
In the game, players will experience what it is like to be a part of a Puffin… More »
Everyone thinks that the Nintendo DS is just for playing games but they are wrong!

I think this game is being released for every single platform known to man:Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Playstation 2, PSP, Wii and Nintendo DS.
I’ve never been very much of a fan of the whole comic book scene but I know that there are a lot of people out there whole eat this stuff up.
Who am I to keep these pretty, pretty pictures from you guys?

Nintendo just announced that their latest incarnation of the Nintendo DS, the Nintendo DSi, will be hitting these North American shores on April 5, 2009. That’s like… in 2 months! The hand held system has been selling amazingly fast in Japan, just like everything else that Nintendo has been doing lately. First we had the Wii, then we had the Wii Fit and now I’m sure there will be mass shortages for the Nintendo DSi.
Or will there be?
The new DSi… More »
There are some interesting videos coming out for Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days for the Nintendo DS from our friends over in Japan. I mean, they put together a small montage of things we can expect to see when the game finally makes it to American shores!
And in this video, you get to see the Beast from Beauty and the Beast kick some ever lovin’ butt. I love the Beast! The thing is, if he was made back into a… More »
Well, this is some awesome news from Square Enix. They have finally announced that the next game in the Kingdom Hearts series will soon be available in the United States (and other North American countries: I’m looking at you Mexico and Canada. But I’m mostly looking at Canada). Kingdom Hearts 358/2 will be coming to the Nintendo DS.
Here’s the story on Kingdom Hearts 358/2:

In a mere 4 days, on November 1st, the people of Japan will be astounded once again by one of Japan’s premiere gaming companies, Nintendo, with the release of the new Nintendo DSi! DUN DUN DUN DUN DUNNNNNN!!!!
When I was writing that last sentence, it all sounded dramatic in my head. Like an Indiana Jones adventure or something!
Anyways. The DSi is said to have a pretty cool feature in which you can get into a DSiWare store that you… More »
Okay, I know the title of this post is a little crazy, but there appears to be a trailer out for a spinoff of one of my favorite Nintendo DS game series, Ace Attorney. The new game takes Phoenix’s friend and fellow lawyer, Miles Edgeworth, on cases of his own in which he will point fingers and try to get people thrown in jail, just like any good prosecutor would do! The game is going to be entitled… More »
I have good news and I have bad news. First… here’s the good news. There’s a new Kingdom Hearts game coming to us from Square Enix for the Nintendo DS. The next game in the Kingdom Heart series, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, (what in the HELL is up with that title) the player gets to live in the life of Roxas (the main character). The game takes place after the first game in the series, Kingdom Hearts, and before the… More »
Ohhh, bad news for those of you interested in the new Nintendo DSi. Apparently, Nintendo is making the game region locked. What does that mean for you? Well, if you like to play games that are only meant for other countries besides your own, you won’t be able to. No more finding a Japanese or European version of a game on eBay, buying it and playing it on your American DSi. And apparently, a LOT of people are into… More »
