Yay Tetris!

Thinking back, I’m pretty sure Tetris was the first game I ever played. Probably on one of my cousin’s Gameboys.

I never had a Gameboy but I can specifically remember leaning toward the car window to try and catch some bit of light since it was at night when I was playing the game and those damn Gameboys weren’t back lit.

Remember that?

I mean, think way back since that was a while ago and you’ve soaked your memory with those things that clipped on to the Gameboys so you could play at night in a dark room – I should look up what those were called. You know what I”m talking about, right?

Anyway, EA Mobile announced that Tetris has had over 100 million paid downloads on mobile phones since 2005 and for that, Tetris wins the gold star for providing millions and millions of people a device with which to procrastinate.

Go, Tetris!

Can't think of what to get someone for Christmas?

Well here's your cheap inexpensive solution for your favorite iPod toting Sonic lover.

I will say though that I went to iTunes.com to try and find a link directly to the game.

No luck.

In Shanghai, China, a mobile phone game programmer was supposedly whacked by his boss, CEO of Gamigo and got screwed in the head several times by the VP of the game company.

The reason for such violence was that the CEO did not trust this poor programmer. The programmer insisted that he did not make any tweaks without permission for a mobile game named Buddha’s Palm Mobile (mobile version of Ru Lai Online) but the CEO refused to believe and accused him of screwing up the game and not meeting the company’s deadline.

By the way, the VP used her high heel shoe as a weapon. Talk about dual use, lol.

Yes, that’s REAL blood…of the game programmer

I dropped by on Saturday and went to check out a few game events and babes. Actually there are only pretty ladies from Samsung. Maybe there's more but Samsung has the biggest booth with the most number of babes and I didn't check out the other booths.

In case you didn’t know, WCG Asian Championships is held at Suntec convention hall 602, Singapore, during these few days and Sunday is the last day. I dropped by on Saturday and went to check out a few game events and babes. Actually there are only pretty ladies from Samsung. Maybe there’s more but Samsung has the biggest booth with the most number of babes and I didn’t check out the other booths.

Anyway, here’s a picture taken with a bubbly Samsung girl. Sharks, I forgot to ask her name <del datetime="2006-08-12T17:24:37+00:00">and number</del>.

You can check out their latest handphone models, with games definitely.

P.S: Thanks to the girl or you, if you are reading this. ^-^

E3 has came to an end but here are more photos of Paris Hilton at the Gameloft booth. I just can't get her and her DiamondQuest out of my mind these few days.

I wish we can see her next year at E3, but not her games.
