Kimmel Pokes Fun at Obama Vacation

Late night talk show host, Jimmy Kimmel, had a little fun at President Obama’s expense this week through a little creative video editing. The Obama family is currently vacationing on Martha’s Vineyard where they’ve been spotted enjoying the local food, beaches and golfing.

Some have been critical of Obama’s decision to take a 10-day trip with the healthcare situation in complete disarray while others feel it’s insensitive to be renting a $35,000 a week house while so many are living in tents due to the current economic downturn. The president also came under fire after he opted to settle a dispute between himself, a Harvard professor and the Boston police chief over a beer.

Kimmel chose to have a little fun while getting his point across. Here’s the short, but funny, video:

Jimmy Kimmel, The Laker Girl

On last night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, the talk show host headed into the dance studio where he was given some pointers by American Idol judge, Paula Abdul. As you can see, Kimmel was wearing an LA Lakers cheerleading outfit (Abdul was a Laker Girl early in her career) and, as you might have guessed, it was hilarious. There’s something to be said for a man who is secure enough to wear that cheerleading dress with those socks and shoes.
