So you thought your TiVo HD rocked with it’s dual tuners? Maybe your Vista box with 4 CableCARD tuners was pretty cool. Now SnapStream has but all that to shame. For the enterprises who love to have recorded TV for either your workers or for some other work-related reason, SnapStream has the box for you, and it basically puts all other boxes to shame. With up to 10 tuners, 2TB of storage which equates to over 2300 hours of programs, fault-tolerant storage, and a price tag of over $15,000, this will no doubt be for the businesses/enterprises with wads of money to burn. While the DVR tower or rackmount (depending on which version you buy) has a flat price, an additional 10% of the final price will be added as a support fee, and also certain accessories such as splitters will also be added automatically. The box is expandable to 8TB if you’d like that much content in the future, but I think the first 2300 hours of content will do you just fine.
