]]> Your eyes are not deceiving you – yet ANOTHER adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic, A Christmas Carol, isa christmas carol being released.  This newest version, starring Jim Carrey, comes to theaters today and, in all honesty, I wonder if they aren’t a little too early with this one.  I know that Halloween is behind us now but American Thanksgiving hasn’t happened yet so I’m not sure I’m quite ready to see a holiday movie.

I don’t know if you really need an explanation but this classic tale features the ghost of Christmas past, present and future but with a twist – this movie is in 3-D like so many others right now.

I could see how that could be cool, though.  The film was created using the motion capture technology seen in Beowulf.  Here’s the trailer: filmmaker’s BEOWULF
