According to estimates, "Up" and "The Hangover" topped the Box Offic this week. "Up", which debuted last weekend, pulled in slightly more than $44 million in its second weel. Making its debut this weekend, "The Hangover" pulled in slightly less than $43.5 million.

Industry experts believe that "Up" will become one of the top grossing Pixar films of all-time. There's even a chance that "Up" could pass "Finding Nemo" and its $340 million posting, however some experts believe that is unlikely.

Industry experts believe that “Up” will become one of the top grossing Pixar films of all-time. There’s even a chance that “Up” could pass “Finding Nemo” and its $340 million posting, however some experts believe that is unlikely.

Coming in third place was “Land of the Lost”, the action comedy by Will Ferrell.

Despite the healthy money for the top movies, Hollywood is worried about the overall dip in the movie business. Compared to last year at this point, this weekend made more than 5% less.

Not that long ago, the movie industry was excited about shattering the pace from last year. However, that momentum now appears to be lost.
