As you’ve no doubt heard, Jay-Z and Beyonce have welcomed their daughter to the world. Named Blue Ivy Carter, Jay-z and Beyonce’s daughter is destined for superstardom. In fact, seconds after being born, Blue Ivy was featured on a Jay-Z song.

For proof, listen to the Jay-Z song at the end of this entry dedicated to Beyonce’s daughter.

The song is called “Glory” and you can hear Blue Ivy crying on the track. Honestly, while the song is from the heart, it’s pretty damn weak. Jay-Z’s lyrics are really basic and the beat is wack.

Nowadays, humans can be judged by the ebbs and flow of Twitter. It sounds odd but it’s definitely true. We’ve become a world of communication and Twitter lets us communicate quicker and easier than ever.

So what was the most tweeted moment of 2011? Here are the top three most popular moments on Twitter this year.

3. Osama Bin Laden’s Death
The raid that led to the death of Osama Bin Laden resulted in more than five thousand tweets per second.

2. Japan Earthquake
The devestating earthquake in Japan had tweets being blasted at more than 5.5 thousand per second.

1. Beyonce’s Pregnancy
When Beyonce announced her pregnancy at the MTV Video Music Awards, Twitter exploded to nearly nine thousand tweets per second.

Beyonce has yet another hot music video. This one is called “Dance For You” and it’s in black and white. It was released on YouTube earlier today and already has more than one million views. You can’t help but drool when looking at the Beyonce pictures below.

Honestly, I don’t like the song very much. She’s covered this topic thousands of times and it’s gotten old. Plus, her voice isn’t nearly as great as it usually is.

That said, the video more than makes up for the song. It’s really hot. Even though it’s artsy, Beyonce’s sexiness overcomes it.

A very rich, very powerful person is about to enter the world. At the 2011 MTV Music Video Awards, Beyonce announced that she’s pregnant. With Jay-Z as the dad, this kid is going to have it all. Money, power, respect, money, instant cred … did I say money?

Beyonce has long said that she wanted to be pregnant by the time she was 30. Well, the 29-year-old got her wish. With Beyonce and Jay-Z seemingly in love, this is a great thing and a pregnancy that will be watched by everyone in the industry.

Beyonce Pictures from “Run The World” Music Video

The much anticipated “Run The World” (Girls) music video by Beyonce has finally been released. In the video, Beyonce looks very good. Her dancing is great and she wears a number of pretty outfits. Oh, and I love Beyonce’s gold shoes by Gareth Pugh that can be seen in the “Run The World” (Girls) video.

As for the music, I’m still not a fan. Beyonce has had much better tracks in the past. This one is corny — and not even in a catchy sort of way. That said, the “Run The World” music video is worth the watch, if only for seeing the video itself.

Beyonce’s Shoes in “Run The World” Video

Beyonce has a new song called “Run The World (Girls)”. Personally, I think the song is horrible. Beyonce is trying to go a new direction in her music and it just doesn’t work. That said, I like the “Run The World (Girls)” music video for one reason — Beyonce’s shoes! (Well, technically, that is two reasons.) They are spectacular.

These shoes are by Gareth Pugh. The gold dress Beyonce wears is also by Gareth Pugh. The vocal superstar is on record as being a big fan.

Let’s hope Beyonce goes back to doing music that made her a world famous phenom. But, at the same time, let’s hope she also continues to find amazing shoes to continue to thrill us.

Beyonce’s Parents Divorcing Over Paternity Suit

The parents of musical superstar, Beyonce Knowles, are getting a divorce after her father, Mathew Knowles, was named in a paternity suit by Alexsandra Wright, a woman who claims to be pregnant with his child. His wife of 29 years, Tina Knowles, has filed for divorce but they swear the parting is drama free.

In a joint statement they said: "the decision to end our marriage is an amicable one. We remain friends, parents, and business partners. If anyone is expecting an ugly messy fight, they will be sadly disappointed. We ask for your respect of our privacy as we handle this matter."

Still, this is pretty dramatic, really. They’ve always seemed like such a close-knit family with Mathew managing Beyonce’s singing career as a solo artist and during her time with Destiny’s Child.

Tina launched the House of Dereon clothing line with Beyonce back in 2006. I know they say that things are going to proceed without any problems but I am curious to see whether that really happens. I know that I would be furious if I was his wife!

This is probably the most awkward thing I have ever seen in my life, yet so funny and so entertaining that I cannot turn away.

Beyoncé’s “Obsessed” Out on DVD

I didn’t go to the theaters to see this one and I promised myself I wouldn’t watch it when it came out on DVD but, of course, I couldn’t resist and I’ll be watching Obsessed tonight. I think that Beyoncé Knowles has delivered some really bad acting over the years (yes, I know she did reasonably well in Dreamgirls but she was pretending to be a singer – how hard could that have been?!) but I need to see her go crazy on a stalker.

In the film, Sharon (Beyoncé) has a perfect life – she has a beautiful son and her hardworking husband, Derek (Idris Elba, just got a huge promotion at work. Sounds fantastic to me! Unfortunately, Lisa, a temp (Ali Larter) in the office, is not only hot but she’s smart and Derek finds himself drawn to her. Being nice to Lisa was his biggest mistake because the girl is actually nuts and becomes obsessed with being with him. Of course, Sharon isn’t going to let go of her husband without a fight (which is exactly why I’m going to watch this film – I wanna see them fight!).

Critics were not kind to this movie but that doesn’t mean it’s not fun. Check out the trailer:
