Young Turk Release? Hot Boys Reunion

For fans of Cash Money Records, we have good news. According to Young Turk himself, he’s close to being released from prison. He has been locked away since copping a plea in 2006 for an attempted murder charge. Young Turk also said that there will be a Hot Boys reunion once he’s free.

The Hot Boys, which is comprised of Young Turk, Lil Wayne, BG and Juvenile, have three albums: Get It How U Live! (1997), Guerrilla Warfare (1999) and Let ‘Em Burn (2003). Guerrilla Warfare was the best selling of the three and featured singles “I Need A Hot Girl” and “We On Fire”.

Obviously, Lil Wayne has become the superstar out of the original Hot Boys. However, BG recently re-signed with Cash Money Records and is said to be releasing a new album in 2011. Juvenile is currently on Rap-A-Lot Records but is said to be down with a Hot Boys reunion.
