Which country in the Euro Championships has the best looking soccer fans? Not your typical question about soccer though it was one that was asked on Nuts TV – a broadcast company in the UK. If you asked me it should be France hands down, but because everyone seems to go for the blonds these days Sweden took on the honorary title.
If the European Championships weren’t decided on a football pitch, but by how good looking a country’s fans are, then it will come as a shock to few that Sweden would win this years championships. 33% of the football fans surveyed proclaimed that Sweden have the best looking fans.

Despite hoping the country dumped out the tournament in the early rounds, it seems we have a sneaking admiration for the French ladies after results show that France (21%) would be runners up in the looks league. The winner of a
third v forth play-off between Holland and Spain would be dominated by the Dutch who came third with 14%.
These standings rarely differ throughout the regional or team breakdowns, but it can be seen when looking at the opinions of Man Utd fans that if they had it their way the final would be a close fought contest between Sweden and Portugal, which is interesting as none of the other teams fans that were surveyed had Portugal in the top 5 countries for best looking fans, let alone in the top two. This again could be down to the Portuguese influences at the club in the form of their top players.
Joe Talbot comments: ‘‘It’s no shock to me that Sweden has come out on top in this category, with women like Ulrika Johnson and Victoria Silverstedt can you blame the voters?!? However, our begrudging acceptance of France as a
beautiful nation, even though they are one of the countries we most want to loose, comes as more of a surprise.’’
