Saturday’s big fight was between Floyd Mayweather and Victor Ortiz. However, the better fight ended up being between Floyd Mayweather and Larry Merchant. After Floyd Mayweather knocked out Victor Ortiz following a controversial duo of punches that caught Ortiz off guard, Larry Merchant wasn’t afraid to harp on the issue. Floyd Mayweather first tried to brush it off but grew angry when Larry Merchant wouldn’t drop the issue.

The classic line was Larry Merchant saying if he was 50 years younger he would kick Floyd Mayweather’s behind. Considering that Floyd Mayweather has never lost a fight, Larry Merchant should reconsider that stance. But it was definitely funny.
