You don’t see this everyday. In a basketball game between Kansas and Kansas State, a player dunked the ball … only to see it pop out of the basket after it was completely through the hoop! Watch the video below to see it for yourself. And remember, the next time you dunk a basketball, don’t celebrate until the ball makes it through the net.
As you can see in the video, Jamar Samuels of Kansas State went up for a follow dunk. All looked good as he controlled the ball and slammed it through the hoop. But as the ball attempted to go through the net, it got caught up and literally got thrown out of the basket. Amazingly, the basket did not count.
