1. Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cavs are going to be really bad — the worst team in the league bad.

2. Toronto Raptors
As Raptors soft and not very talented. That’s a bad combination.

3. Minnesota Timberwolves
Although talented, the T’Wolves are a few years away from winning.

4. Washington Wizards
The Wizards should be a little better, but not much.

5. Sacramento Kings
The talent is there. The experience and teamwork isn’t.

6. Detroit Pistons
The Pistons remain in park.

7. Charlotte Bobcats
They play hard but the Bobcats lack talent.

8. Milwaukee Bucks
The Bucks have a roster that doesn’t mesh.

9. New Jersey Nets
A full season of Deron Williams will help but they’ll remain bad.

10. Los Angeles Clippers
Blake Griffin is good but he needs a lot more help.
