Titans Claim Randy Moss Off Waivers

One day after being released by the Minnesota Vikings, Randy Moss was claimed off waivers by the Tennessee Titans. Tennessee will be the third team Moss has played for during this 2010 NFL season. He started the year in New England before being traded to Minnesota.

Randy MossMany speculated that Moss would be picked up by Dallas, St. Louis, Oakland, Washington or Miami, but they all passed. Tennessee was No. 22 on the waiver list.

Things have to get better Moss in Tennessee, right? After all he had just nine catches in four games with the Pats, and 13 catches in four games with the Vikings.

After last Sunday’s game against the Patriots, Moss launched a tirade in the postgame press conference, criticizing the Minnesota game plan among other things. Head coach Brad Childress told the team on Monday that Moss would be released.
