If one of these players is on your 2011 fantasy football team, consider the time right to sell high. If you can flip one of these players for a pair of established stars, go ahead and do it. As the season wears on, these players’ value will diminish.
QB Cam Newton, Carolina Panthers
You gotta love Cam Newton. He’s been outstanding — even ranking as a top two fantasy QB in some formats. However, he can’t keep up this pace. Find an owner who overvalues him and bank.

RB Matt Forte, Chicago Bears
Matt Forte is good … but he’s not the top fantasy football running back. And if anyone in your league thinks that, quickly trade him. When it comes down to it, Mike Martz and the Bears will always pass first.
WR Jordy Nelson, Green Bay Packers
A top ten WR in fantasy football so far this year, Jordy Nelson will start to fall back to the 20 to 25 range soon. Trade him before that happens.
TE Jason Witten, Dallas Cowboys
While Jason Witten has touchdowns in three straight games, don’t look for that to continue once the Cowboys get healthy. Witten will be solid going forward — but not elite.
