Proof That Jessica Simpson Sings Better Than Tony Romo

Since the Jessica Simpson-Tony Romo rumors are currently favoring togetherness, posting about the starlet’s new single, Come On Over, is fair game. (We said so).

Curious? Listen to Simpson’s song on WQIK.

Warning: It’s country music. This bloggerette generally avoids country music the way LeBron James steers clear of a wedding with his baby mama (times three, supposedly), so we’re not the best source of assessing whether it’s good or bad. However, voters on the WQIK site liked it with a roughly 60/40 split last time we checked.

And hey, no matter what, you know it’s going to be better than the singing debut of the Dallas Cowboys QB earlier this month.

Ah, well put . . . and maybe that explains the latest foray into lingerie! http://www.gossiponsports.com/jessica-simpson-to-do-victorias-secret-knockoffs/

Seriously, first she tried Christan music, and then moved to pop when she thought she could get more attention and then movies, reality shows, accessories and make-up, commercials now Country music — seems like she goes where the smell of money seems strongest, not where her heart and her talents drive her to be. MEDIA WHORE. Enough said.

Smirnoff–Aw, you know how to make a bloggerette blush! Glad you enjoy the blog. :)

Bart is Smarter–First, we heart the screen name. Second, we are very definitely not on the Simpson payroll and given the tenor of this blog, probably won’t be anytime soon . . . so we can laugh right along side you with the “cat in heat” remark.

Smirnoff again–We like your screen name, too. It reminds us of vodka, which reminds us of martinis, which reminds us that we’re due for one later today, especially if we listen to that song a few more times.

Bart, you may be right. I’ve been listening to country music for years and there is nothing even close to good or rememberable about that song. I hope they don’t invite her to sing it at the Opry. The Opry has always maintained a high standard.

I hear the Simpson’s pay people to post positive messages about them on websites. Probably paid to vote that they like the song too.
As for me, they don’t have enough mooney to make me say I liked it.
That sounded like a cat in heat.

lol it might be very fitting for the song’s chart life. Thanks, Jodie!

I love the blog! Its now added to my favorites. I always enjoy seeing one that does more than just copy a news item. Keep up the good work.

We heart readers who leave comments so fun we want to steal their lines! There’s a good chance “deep fried joke” will make it into a future post . . . thanks! ;)

I’d call it a tie. He can’t sing and neither can she. This country single is a deep fried joke and Jessica as usual is a laughingstock.
