It seems like the number of investment scams are on the rise? The latest one was allegedly conducted by Andrey C. Hicks. One of its victims was Kris Humphries, Kim Kardashian’s husband. So not only are Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries on the verge of getting a divorce, they are now out at least $200,000?
Not a great start to a marriage.
The SEC has already charged Andrey C. Hicks with various crimes. Their problems with him include lying about his Harvard education, lying about his past employment, lying about his auditor, lying about his prime broker and lying about where his company was incorporated.
Andrey C. Hicks and Kris Humphries were such good friends that Andrey C. Hicks was even invited to his star-studded wedding.
