Ovechkin Lashes Out at Cameraman

I am guessing Alexander Ovechkin wasn’t thrilled to see any paparazzi after Team Canada issued the ultimate spanking to Team Russia at the 2010 Winter Olympics earlier this week because when he spotted a camera filming him, he walked over to it and gave it a shove.

Totally unnecessary.  Ovie is definitely one of the best hockey players in the world and I understand that he’s frustrated but this isn’t the way for him to behave, especially at the Olympics.  It’s a privilege to be chosen to represent your country and this isn’t the way to do it.  I like Ovechkin but I really wasn’t impressed.
