Looking back, my favorite memory was watching the French National Football Team win the 2000 Euro Cup. I was living in France at the time and watched it live on the TV at a friends house. France was playing Italy in their final round. The game remained 0-0 for a long time until after Italy scored a goal. With only a minute left we all thought it was over until France miraculously score with only 33 seconds left! The game when into overtime and France scored the winning goal. It was a very exciting moment. Especially during the walk home seeing everyone celebrating in the streets.
You can watch the match here and see for yourself.
