MLB Power Rankings – Spring Training Edition

Spring Training is here. That means baseball is around the corner. It also means we need to post our MLB Power Rankings of the best teams in baseball. Yeah, it’s early. That said, chances are good that the 2011 World Series champion will be in the group below. Without further ado, here are our MLB Power Rankings of the best ten teams in baseball:

1. Philadelphia Phillies
That pitching staff is going to be amazing.

2. New York Yankees
Yeah, pitching is an issue. But their money bought a lot of talent.

3. Boston Red Sox
Speaking of talent, the Red Sox are right there with the Yankees.

4. San Francisco Giants
The defending World Series champs have a talented group of pitchers.

5. Texas Rangers
Can they make the World Series again? Probably not … but there’s hope.

6. Cincinnati Reds
Their lineup shouldn’t be overlooked.

7. Atlanta Braves
The Braves have a great mix of youth and veterans.

8. Minnesota Twins
When healthy, the Twins have enough talent to beat anyone.

9. Chicago White Sox
Is this the year the White Sox remember how to win?

10. St. Louis Cardinals
The Albert Pujols drama won’t help matters.
