Michael Vick’s injury woes continue. For fantasy football owners and Philadelphia Eagles fans, we have more bad news: Michel Vick is out for Thursday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Michael Vick will miss his third straight game due to broken ribs. Vince Young, who threw for a career-high 400 yards last week against the New England Patriots, will start once again. The 4-7 Eagles are all but eliminated from the 2011 NFL playoffs.
The Eagles are facing a number of injuries in addition to Michael Vick’s ribs. Jeremy Maclin, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, Moise Fokou and King Dunlap will also miss Thursday’s game due to injury. LeSean McCoy and Nnamdi Asomugha are currently listed as questionable.
The Eagles season, which began with Philadelphia being a Super Bowl favorite, has become the season from hell.
