Is Oklahoma State the Best College Football Team?

A number of great college football teams have a right to claim they are the best college football team on the planet. But does any team have a better case than the Oklahoma State Cowboys? Against Baylor on Saturday, they gave the world more evidence.

Shortly after the start of halftime, the score was 42-0. By the time the game was over, Oklahoma State had beaten Baylor by a final score of 59-24.

Oklahoma State, who is now 8-0, has now beaten Texas A&M in College Station and Texas in Austin to go along with this win over previously ranked Baylor. Right now, Oklahoma State is ranked No. 3.

If they can go the rest of the way without a loss, Oklahoma State should play for a national championship. If they don’t, there is something really, really wrong with the BCS.
