Hideki Irabu Suicide Details

What’s with athletes killing themselves? First it was Jeret Peterson killing himself, now it’s Hideki Irabu. The former Major League Baseball pitcher committed suicide yesterday. According to reports, Hideki Irabu committed suicide by hanging himself in a home he owns in California.

A native of Japan, Hideki Irabu came to the big leagues with huge expectations. Though he never lived up to those expectations, he had a relatively long career — playing for the New York Yankees, Texas Rangers and Montreal Expos. While with the Yankees, he won two World Series championships.
