Fair Grounds Recap – Feb 21st

Fast main track and firm turf course. Dirt track played fair, and turf favored stalkers and closers.

Hat trick for Miguel Mena. James Graham and Corey Lanerie both booted home a pair.

Nice effort by Skipping Town in the grassy 6^th. The talented state bred sure likes turf.

On the analysis front, I got home tops Snicky ($6.40) and Skipping Town ($4). I also tabbed to tab the 9th race exacta ($17.80), Pick 3 (race 6-8, $316.40), and the late Pick 4 (race 6-9, $687).

A 9-race program will be run on Monday at the Fair Grounds. Pick six carryover of $3,464. There is a 40% chance of AM showers with a high temperature of 65.
