Dara Torres is Headed for Beijing

Don’t tell US swimmer, Dara Torres that 40 is old. The 41-year-old mother won the women’s 100m freestyle event last night to qualify for her fifth Olympic Games. She will be the oldest swimmer to ever compete in the Olympics and the first American swimmer to compete in five Olympics.

Joining her for the 100m freestyle in Beijing is second-place finisher, 25-year-old Natalie Coughlin.
