Big Ben Tops Tom Brady as Steelers Roll

Tom Brady has made a career out of owning the Pittsburgh Steelers. On Sunday, the Steelers finally got some revenge. While holding Brady in check and getting a great performance out of Ben Roethlisberger, the Steelers won by a final score of 25-17.

Roethlisberger finished 36-for-50 for 365 passing yards and two touchdowns. On the other side of the field, Brady was 24-for-35 for 198 yards and two touchdowns. Not only was it Brady’s season-low in yards, it was only the second time he had less than 288 passing yards in a game.

With Hines Ward out injured, the Steelers spread around the ball more than normal. Antonio Brown (9), Heath Miller (7), Mike Wallace (7) and Emmanuel Sanders (5) all had at least five catches.

The win pushed the Steelers to 6-2 and into first place in the AFC North. The loss dropped New England to 5-2 and into a tie with the Buffalo Bills atop the AFC East.
