Aric Almirola is Ready to Race

Planning on being in Daytona, Beach on February 12 and looking for something to do that you won’t forget? Have you ever watched a race with trucks that exceed normal speeds? If you answered “Yes!” to any of these questions? You might want to stop by one of the oldest icons of racing history in America, Daytona International Speedway, to check out the trucks that will be racing that day. You won’t be disappointed as the action on the track will be amazing and fast and you’ll get to witness some of the top racers in the world as they take racing trucks around the high-banks of Daytona.

Aric Almirola is ready to drive his truck to victory in 2010

The first race of the Camping World Truck Series will be run on Friday 12, the NextEra Energy Resources 250, and all the boys will be there in their trucks. It won’t take you long before you’ll know all the racers and teams and before you know it, you’ll be a fan. Soon, you’ll be making plans to attend a Sprint Cup Series competition or Nationwide Series race, or another Camping Truck World Series race. Before you know it, you’ll have all the accessories that are required of a fanatical fan of NASCAR, and be spending far too much time trying to find more time to spend attending your favourite sport.

Fans that do make it to Daytona International Speedway for the NextEra Energy Resources 250 will be treated to a form of entertainment that is one of the most popular forms of entertainment in the world. You’ll get to see racers, like Aric Almirola, who will be behind the wheel of the No. 51 AkAwareness.com Graceway Pharmaceuticals, LLC Toyota Tundra for the 2010 Camping World Truck Series season. Aric races for Billy Ballew Motorsports, who he had a great year with in 2009, so expectations are that he should contend in 2010 for the championship.

Last year he recorded seven top-five and ten top-ten finishes in the 16 races he competed in 2009 and with the backing and support he has in 2010, Aric should be able to do even better. At least that’s the hope for all involved who like to watch entertaining racing and racers as they do their thing on the track. Aric is one of these extremely entertaining racers and it will be a pleasure to watch him work, once again.
