Alberto Celades Signs With NY Red Bulls

Alberto Celades, a Spanish midfielder who played with FC Barcelona, FC Bordeaux and Real Madrid was just signed with the New York Red Bulls.

This new addition to the MLS is being called the best addition since David Beckham. No details as far as pay goes, will be released until after the Celades working visa goes through. Celades helped win two La Liga and Spanish Cup titles and the 1997 UEFA SuperCup for FC Barcelona. With Real Madrid he played a role in two La Liga titles and the 2001-02 UEFA Champions League.
