The best of 2009’s rookies will be heading to the big time, Jakub Kornfeil and Sturla Fagerhaug, have decided to make the jump to the MotoGP and take their careers to another level in the 2010 125cc World Championship. The remaining top young racers from last year will be staying in the Cup for one more season until they can make the jump to Grand Prix racing.
The calendar for the 2010 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup has yet to be finalised, so get your applications in as soon as possible to have the best chance of success. The Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup will run alongside the majority of European Grand Prix races this year and is due to begin next year in Jerez at the Spanish Grand Prix.
