When you wear shorts or a skirt, your legs are on full display for better or worse. To sculpt legs that turn heads, incorporate the following exercises to tone up and even transition into muscled up.
- Stair Steppers – Stairs are your legs friend. They give your calves cuts and build up your quads.
- Calf Raises – All calves on this one. Your calves are often the first thing people look at it’s a good idea to single out your calf muscle. Depending on the weight you use, your calves can simply stand out or go all the way to bulging.
- Leg Extensions – Tone up the muscle on top of your leg (quad).
- Reverse Leg Curls – Most people rarely work their hamstrings, but it would help. The back of your legs don’t receive as much natural sculpting and it shows on most people.
- Squats – Quads, hamstrings, and glutes (bonus) are empowered through squats – probably the single best exercise for your legs.
- Running – Shaves off body fat and promotes a leaner, more muscular look.
