** I did my math wrong in the video but before you make fun of me, the weight plates go up to 42 AND A HALF on each side, so I didn’t add wrong I just misspoke. So get off your high horse, punks! ;)

I definitely was afraid of that machine! Mainly because it is usually being used by big guys whenever I’m at the gym. But I do know that there are many fabulous exercises on it, so if there is ever a time when there are NOT body builders using it, I can try it thanks to your tips!
