I know that Leverage and Dark Blue aren’t sci fi shows, but these two TNT hits just happen to star a couple of our favorite sci fi actors so we know you’re tuning in to watch — or you should be!
Supernatural’s Nicki Aycox (aka Meg) plays a deep undercover cop on TNT’s newest crime drama Dark Blue.
Leverage, now in its second season, stars Christian Kane of Angel, Aldis Hodge who played Jake on Supernatural and Gina Bellman starred in that wonderful BBC series Jekyll.
So, to celebrate this fabulous foursome, we’re giving away a Leverage season 1 DVD set and a full-size autographed poster by the cast of Dark Blue.

Leverage was a given, with the involvement of Timothy Hutton and Christian Kane and its caper premise, but Dark Blue really surprised me at how good it is! I love finding a new show and discovering new actors, as well!
I am a huge fan of Niki Aycox. She did a fabulous job with portraying Meg in Supernatural and I know she will do an awesome job in Dark Blue. Congratulations Niki !!! I also adore Christian Kane. Not only is he a wonderful actor — he sings like an angel ! Rock on !
Good luck to Niki in her new series!! And Leverage is probably the hottest commodity on tv! It’s like a pal of mine says, come for Kane, stay for Aldis. Those two are pure magic. :)

I’m a huge LEVERAGE addict, so much so that I was near tears this month (because I’ve been in Spain and had to wait until it showed up on iTunes). I LOVE Kane, he’s a fantastic actor and an even better musician. I’m also really glad to have the opportunity, through LEVERAGE, to see more of Aldis Hodge’s work—he’s clearly a gifted actor with a bright future ahead of him (as long as LEVERAGE lives for many many seasons haha).
I started watching LEVERAGE because I’m a big believer in actor support—I watched it for Kane and stayed for the excellent storylines. Guess that’s what’s going to happen to me with DARK BLUE now too! haha

I have loved Leverage almost from the very first moment I saw it. It’s like someone took all the things I love very best in a show/movie/storyline and scrambled them all together to create Leverage.
As of this past weekend (when I hooked another 2 people on the series) I have seen every single episode at LEAST four times and I was still laughing my way through them all!
Fantastic cast, wonderful cinematography, witty dialog, … this show is just one big blast of FUN!!
Christian Kane is a great singer and also best friends with Jensen Ackles.
These are two of my favorite shows on TNT and a must watch and DVR (to watch again and again) each week.
I was pleasantly surprised to find Dark Blue on after Leverage premiered this year and I sat, spellbound, at the well put together plot (rare for a pilot episode because there’s always so much to explain) and a cast that has chemistry with one another on top of great acting talent. I set my DVR to record the season before the first commercial break.
One of the best things about Leverage and Dark Blue is that the episode standing up to the test of being re-watched. Each time I watch either over I notice something that I missed the first time around.
I look forward to many more seasons of these two shows and whatever cases/assignments that the writers have in store for us.
I admit that I came to Leverage for the Christian Kane, but the Gina Bellman is a large part of what keeps me watching! :)
Leverage is one of the best shows on TV. I can’t pick favorites in the cast, because they’re all great!
I love Leverage. Christian Kane’s the reason I started watching the show. But now I’m hooked. Leverage is a great show. I never miss an episode. My mom and I watch it togehter every week.
I too love Leverage. I like the robin hood aspect of the show but mostly I love the different characters and how they interact. It doesn’t hurt that the actors look as if they are having just as good a time as we are.
Leverage is seriously the best show on TV right now. The writing is awesome and the premise is great, but the actors really sell it. They all just work so well together(and all look pretty doing it as well), that its hard not to love the show. I mean, really? What’s not to love? I’ve already converted 3/4 of my family! Soon.. the world!
I started watching Leverage because I was interested in the premise. I kept watching Leverage because it is a fascinating Robin Hoodlum show (yes, I love that term that Kane uses). It’s not JUST that they get the bad guys, but how they do it. And every week they go after someone different. I also like how we don’t know everything about the characters yet. Its worth tuning in each week to find out more about them, what the con will be, how Evil Nate will manipulate people, who Eliot will beat up, if Parker will get to steal something, how well Sophie acts, add in Hardison’s computer skills and it’s just a WIN!
The cast is fabulous…they really have a group that gelled and are oh so pretty to watch each week. Here’s hoping for many more seasons!
I started watching Leverage for Aldis and Christian and have really come to enjoy the show for more then just the eye candy. I love the sexual tension and the humor.
I also started watching Dark Blue because I knew Nicki Aycox from Supernatural and have really enjoyed the show so far.

I started watching Leverage because so many of my friends had good things to say about it. Needless to say, it only took one episode to get me hooked. I love the depth to the characters and the way they all play off each other to allow their own personalities to shine through. And there is never a dull moment with their crew around.
I got into Dark Blue because of my love for Nicki Aycox. I adored her work on Supernatural, and have since started to catch different things that she has done. I quickly became addicted to the show because it is different than these other cop dramas out there. It keeps you guessing and wondering if Carter’s crew will ever not be able to handle a situation.
I really enjoy Leverage – the depth of the characters and how they interact and challenge each other is pretty interesting. and it’s funny. thanks for the contest!

Love Leverage! Christian Kane was one of the reasons I checked it out when it premiered.
Beth Riesgraf rules. Parker is such an awesome character. She makes hanging upside down from a 30 story building sexy. The major networks could only hope to have a show this good. Leverage is the best show to come along on in decades.
