Will the Empire Strikes Back parody be released directly to DVD?

According to The Force, the Family Guy Empire Strikes Back parody is likely to be released straight to DVD. Here’s more:

“MacFarlane was less certain about the release plans for the special episode, which may premiere on DVD. “Don’t quote me on this, even though you’re the press,” he joked. “I think that episode is going to be released on DVD first before it goes on air.”

I’m okay with this, but I wish that Fox would actually air it on the old tube as well. Everybody likes a good Star Wars parody.

I know that name of this episode is “blue” something, but does anyone know the whole title?

This episode finally reached the UK, I’m loving it. Hans Solo taking the couch on the milennium falcon killed me.
